- 6 ounces linguine pasta - dry
- 3 sweet peppers
- 1/2 cup prepared vegetable or chicken stock
- Ground white pepper
- 12 ounces skinless chicken goujons
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons corn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Cho Yung Tea leaves
Directions
- Boil the pasta. Add peppers during the last five minutes when boiling. Drain and set aside.
- Mix honey, corn flour, stock, lemon juice and white pepper.
- Stir-fry the chicken and add to the mixture.
- Add Cho Yung Tea followed by the pasta.
Cho Yung Cooler
Ingredients
- 4 cups brewed Cho Yung Tea
- 3 cups ginger ale
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 small piece fresh ginger
Directions
- Mix the tea, honey and ginger ale and place in a jug to cool.
- Add a small piece of ginger.
- Serve chilled.
