Ingredients

  • 6 ounces linguine pasta - dry
  • 3 sweet peppers
  • 1/2 cup prepared vegetable or chicken stock
  • Ground white pepper
  • 12 ounces skinless chicken goujons
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons corn flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cho Yung Tea leaves

Directions

  • Boil the pasta.  Add peppers during the last five minutes when boiling. Drain and set aside.
  • Mix honey, corn flour, stock, lemon juice and white pepper.
  • Stir-fry the chicken and add to the mixture.
  • Add Cho Yung Tea followed by the pasta.

Cho Yung Cooler
Ingredients

  • 4 cups brewed Cho Yung Tea
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger

Directions

  • Mix the tea, honey and ginger ale and place in a jug to cool.
  • Add a small piece of ginger.
  • Serve chilled.
